Roger S. Moseley's primary areas of practice are civil litigation, administrative law, and land use law. He has represented real estate developers and property owners in zoning matters, real property tax assessment disputes, property acquisitions, and summary possession actions. His litigation experience has included the recovery of monies in tax appeal cases, the recovery of funds seized by the U.S. government, and the recovery of damages in commercial disputes. Other matters in which he has successfully represented clients range from sexual harassment claims to collections, and from zoning violations to real property and business acquisitions. 

Other than property owners and developers, Mr. Moseley's clients have ranged from multinational corporations and national accounting firms, to Buddhist temples, to national car rental franchises, to broadcasting companies, to food manufacturers, to condominium associations, and to other lawyers and law firms.

Mr. Moseley has tried a number of cases, both jury and jury-waived, and additionally has significant experience in both the State and Federal appellate courts as well as State and Federal tax courts. He has also represented numerous clients in a variety of proceedings before Federal, State and county boards and administrative agencies.  He also now commonly represents parties to arbitrations and mediations, primarily of business and commercial disputes.
