Leila M. Rothwell Sullivan practices in the areas of real property, contract law, land use and zoning, business and corporate matters, and appellate practice.  Her work more specifically includes the following:

Real Property: 
Represents landowners, real property investors, and developers in all phases of real property development, including condominiums and subdivisions, and real estate transactions, including negotiation and preparation of purchase agreements, deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, releases, and Land Court petitions. She assists clients with business formation documents and limited liability company membership sales documents, in compliance with state and federal law, for real estate development companies investing in real property. Additionally, she assists clients with real property title issues, including resolving difficulties with Land Court lots. Represents clients in evaluating and modifying state and county zoning requirements, including structuring projects in order to comply with these requirements.

General Corporate and Business Law:  
Represents and consults with large and small businesses regarding business formation, tax issues, regulatory compliance, intellectual property issues, leases, independent contractor and employment agreements, and litigation exposure. Forms business entities, and assists clients with related documents and other agreements, including purchasing and sale of business interests and assets. 

Appellate practice:  
Represents clients with appeals and assists with resolution of appellate cases.
